You’re welcome to take a “Pauki-Heft” booklet with you to use with this app; you’ll find them at the ticket desk. In it you’ll find fun puzzles about our exhibits and suggestions for experiments you can try at home!

If you want to load up on energy before your museum visit, drop into the Café Nicolai – here in the entrance hall – and enjoy a snack in peace and quiet.

You’re not allowed to bring drinks or food with you into the exhibition, but you can always take a break down here in the lobby area and then continue your discovery tour through the museum.

You’ll find restrooms in the basement, the first floor and the fourth floor. A disabled-access restroom and the baby changing room are both on the ground floor. If you need help, please ask the staff at the ticket desk.
